Policy

All Vangoat clothes are custom made. Pre orders are made on first come basis. If you would like to change or cancel your order please do so within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns on defects and incorrect sizes. Please contact shop@vangoat.com if you have any question when shopping at Vangoat.

Orders placed in canada are subjected to tax.

We offer free standard shipping on local orders in Canada and USA.

All International orders are subjected to a standard shipping charge. For customs please check with your respective country laws.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia due to U.S. Sanctions. International customers after pre-launch may choose from a range of shipping options with FedEx and Canada Post and more. During Pre Orders stage we are offering flat fee on all international orders.

Pre-orders will be start to ship by end of Feb and March 2023.

Every item we offer is guaranteed to be of the finest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags still attached. We will cover the shipping costs for any Canadian orders returned. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method for returns. We are not currently able to offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds for Customs or Duties.


Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we do allow size exchanges on sale items as a courtesy.

Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops sales are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, or clothes that have been worn.

Ordering/payments

You can expect a response within 1 day. Our customer service department is open 7 days.

We strive to fulfill all orders as soon as we get them, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been marked for dispatch. However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, you can email us at shop@vangoat.com to submit a change request.

Please note that change requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your request as long as your order has not been processed for delivery.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any taxes or duties on imported items.

We accept all major credit cards. At this moment we do not offer COD (Cash on delivery).
